- Schedule an on-site visit to review and discuss your talent and succession strategy, or your new talent onboarding program, including your processes, metrics, system, communication plans, and provide a written recommendation report.
- Onsite consulting can also be used to help design high potential leadership development programs, to help develop a presentation for your executives or Board of Directors, etc.
Phone consulting
- Clients can purchase phone consulting time in blocks of 4 hours, to be used in a minimum of 30 minute increments.
- Phone consulting time can be used for the review of your succession strategy documents / presentations, and/or to discuss onboarding or talent management options, concerns, ideas, etc.
Doris Sims will facilitate the Talent Review and Succession Strategy Workshop at your site
- This two-day workshop is accredited by the Human Resources Certification Institute for 12.5 HRCI credit hours
- Each participant receives a Talent Review Meeting Facilitator’s Guide, Building Tomorrow’s Talent, and The 30-Minute Guide to Talent and Succession Management. The workshop includes practical concepts, tools and interactive exercises to help you implement or enhance your talent and succession strategy
- A 6-Hour HRCI Accredited Virtual Course option is also available

- Doris Sims will provide presentations to your business leaders to discuss the concepts of talent and succession management, and the business need for talent management (based on the content of the book: The 30-Minute Guide to Talent and Succession Management).
Board of Directors Presentations
- Doris Sims can use your talent data to prepare a Board of Directors presentation for you, or work with you on this as a joint project, or review your presentation to provide feedback, or provide the Board presentation for you.

- Doris Sims provides communication materials for your internal business leader presentations and training sessions, to increase the understanding and follow through of the talent management actions in your organization.
Direct Talent Review Meeting Facilitation
- Doris Sims will directly facilitate Talent Meetings with your business leaders at your location, which increases your ability to facilitate more meetings in your organization. In addition, some organizations prefer to have an external, completely objective facilitator for their Talent Review meetings.
Talent Review Meeting Facilitator Coaching Services
The Talent Review Coaching Package is designed to fully train, prepare, coach and develop Human Resource practitioners to effectively plan, facilitate and scribe Talent Review meetings with business leaders. This package includes: Pre-requisite: Completion of the 2-day HRCI accredited Talent Review and Succession Strategy workshop which provides 12.5 hours credit for PHR/SPHR/GPHR certifications. After all participants complete the workshop, this coaching package includes the following:
- Four hours of on-site or phone consulting sessions with the participants prior to the Talent Review meeting, to discuss and prepare for the Talent Review meetings; additional hours can be purchased at the hourly consulting rate, if needed.
- Doris Sims will co-facilitate, scribe and observe one Talent Review meeting (up to one day in length) with each participant.
- Doris Sims will complete a formal evaluation during a one-hour coaching session with each participant to provide feedback regarding strengths and development areas of the participant’s Talent Review meeting facilitation skills
